Why Whiten With Us?

  • We will use on your teeth a LUX 24K GOLD Professional Teeth Whitening Gel, that uses a different technology than other gels on the market. We keep the gel in a Duo Barrel 24K GOLD syringe. This way the gel stays fresher, longer and stronger. Combined with our 35% Hydrogen Peroxide, the LUX 24K GOLD, is tough on your stains but gentle on your teeth.

  • Before each whitening treatment, we use PRE-WHITENING GEL. Its pH balanced formulation hydrates enamel before the whitening sessions to prevent or virtually eliminate sensitivity after teeth whitening. It also lifts and removes surface enamel stains, plaque, and debris for faster, longer-lasting whitening.

  • We also don't use Carbamide Peroxide unlike many other places as it is not ideal for chair side whitening since carbamide peroxide takes 10 minutes to breakdown into peroxide. The percentage on these gels is usually high (35% - 44%), so when it breaks down, only approx. 1/3 of that percentage is peroxide. Ex: 35% CP = 11.6% HP

  • We only use Hydrogen Peroxide, which is fast to work on the teeth with better results. It is what dentists use.

Other benefits of using our gels:

  • Gentle on teeth, non-abrasive.

  • Instant visible results and long-lasting!

  • Non GMO, not tested on animals, vegan friendly.

  • Gold Nanoparticle Technology for increased whitening power.

  • Celebrity Teeth Whitening for you to experience!

Aftercare:

  • You can drink water right away.

  • You can eat food 1 hour after whitening session.

  • Avoid all foods that can stain teeth (anything that would typically stain white clothes) for 24 hours.

  • If you need to have coffee or tea, drink it through a straw.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Q:  How long will my whitening last for?
A:  It depends what you eat and drink. If you smoke. Depends on the acidity level of your saliva which can yellow your teeth faster. Most clients come back every 4-6 months.

Q:  How does whitening work?
A:  Peroxide based gels open up pores of the enamel to oxidize the stains. Meaning that when the stains are gone that’s when the teeth look whiter. There are two types of stains the tooth has: intrinsic, on the inside of the tooth, and extrinsic, on the outside/surface of the tooth. Teeth whitening only removes extrinsic staining. Bleaching Light: The teeth whitening light does not whiten teeth. It works to heat up the peroxide in order to accelerate the whitening process.

Q:  What is the different between carbamide peroxide and hydrogen peroxide?
A:  Carbamide Peroxide (CP): Not ideal for chair side whitening since carbamide peroxide takes 10 minutes for it to breakdown into peroxide. The percentage on these gels is usually high (35% - 44%), so when it breaks down, only approx. 1/3 of that percentage is peroxide. Ex: 35% CP = 11.6% HP. Hydrogen Peroxide (HP): They are very fast to work on the teeth with better results. It is what dentists use and we use.

Q:  What about sensitivity?
A:  Pre-White gel is applied before the treatment to protect the gums.

Q:  Are there any contraindications?
A:  Pregnant women. Breast-feeding women. Children under 16 years of age.

Q:  What about artificial teeth?
A:   Artificial teeth (veneers, crowns, dentures) do not whiten, however they still get stains, which can be removed with the Pre-White gel. Putting whitening gel on artificial teeth is harmless, but also useless as they won’t whiten. However, it is normal for artificial and natural teeth to have some colour difference.
